Radiation protection technician (M/F)

As a Radiation Protection Technician, you will play an essential role in the company, ensuring the proper management of radiation protection work on sites at the Paluel and Penly nuclear power plants, in compliance with inspection procedures, safety rules and regulations in force. As a technical expert in the field, you will provide assistance and advice to operational staff, and ensure that inspection procedures are properly applied, that safety instructions (in and out of the zone) are followed, and that current regulations are complied with.

Below is a non-exhaustive list of the tasks you will be assigned:

  • Participate in drawing up prevention plans
  • Supervise workers entering and leaving the zone, welcome new arrivals and monitor their dosimetry.
  • Check the validity of authorizations and manage fire permits
  • Check and calibrate equipment before each operation
  • Manage equipment loans, 1st level maintenance and decontamination, as required
  • Sort intervention materials as they leave the zone, as well as surface, atmospheric or irradiation sorting of premises using dedicated equipment.

Scaffolder (M/F)

Would you like to work as a team on a variety of complex technical challenges? We have everything to satisfy you. As a Scaffolder on the Belleville site's Scaffolding and Insulation team, you will be responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned to you in accordance with the instructions given.

Your main tasks :

  • Erect and dismantle access equipment (scaffolding) in accordance with current operating procedures and standards.
  • Identify the risks associated with the work and the environment, using your analytical skills.
  • Supply and control the necessary materials
  • Methodically manage stock and apply packing rules
  • Lay out the work, taking into account the working environment
  • Ensure that work is carried out properly and rigorously
  • Detect and deal with non-conformities
  • Ensure that material and human resources are adequate for each task
  • Ensure reliable and relevant feedback to site managers.

During unit shutdowns, you'll be asked to help out with insulation work, which means you'll need to have some knowledge of the field and a willingness to develop it further.

Maintenance technician (M/F)

As part of specialized maintenance operations during unit shutdowns, our teams in the “Miscellaneous mechanical work” division are involved in a number of operations:

  • Maintenance operations,
  • Mechanical and handling operations on nuclear equipment and facilities (mechanical maintenance on turbines, intake systems and pumps).

As a Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Team Leader and/or Site Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment (turbines, pumps, etc.).

As part of your activities :

  • You will be required to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
  • You will apply operating procedures specifying the work to be carried out (visual inspections, leak checks, etc.).
  • Be familiar with nuclear safety and security
  • Be able to read, understand and complete documentation
  • Mechanical knowledge to carry out various technical checks (visual, dimensioning, etc.)
